Technical Project Manager - R&D, Innovation


EHT is a Group of IT companies, operating in public and private procurement and promoting research and development, in different application areas and with multiple projects. For our Research & Development Business Unit, we are looking for a Technical project Manager. The Technical Project Manager at EHT's Research & Development Business Unit will be responsible for managing technical projects, actively participating in the planning, execution and monitoring of activities related to research and development projects.




The following are the main requirements and responsibilities for this position:


  1. Training:
    • Master's degree in Computer or Management Engineering.
    • Valuable master's degrees in business and management, other engineering or bachelor's degrees in engineering.
  2. Experience:
    • Experience in the IT field for similar positions appreciated.
    • Recent graduates with no experience will also be considered.
  3. Technical Knowledge:
    • Technical project management skills.
    • IT technical skills.
    • Welcome knowledge of how funded R&D projects work.
    • English language certifications.
  4. Soft Skills:
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work under pressure, independence and proactivity.
    • Problem solving skills.
    • Analytical skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
    • Organizational and leadership skills.
  5. Certifications:
    • PMP or similar certifications are appreciated.


  1. Project Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute R&D project activities.
    • Constantly monitor the progress of projects.
  2. Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with the team, stakeholders, and other interested parties.
    • Accurately document project activities and progress.
  3. Resources and Budget:
    • Manage human and financial resources assigned to projects.
    • Ensure adherence to established budgets and timelines.
  4. Problem Solving:
    • Resolve any problems or obstacles that arise during project execution.
  5. Internal Coordination:
    • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure the overall success of projects.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate documentation and generate regular reports on the status of projects.
  7. Team Development:
    • Contribute to the development of team competencies and identify opportunities for improvement.

This position requires a motivated and results-oriented individual with good technical skills and team management abilities. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and innovation-oriented environment are critical to succeed in this role.
