Pathways are mandatory for recipients to maintain the perceived benefit:
Job reintegration:for those closest to the labor market, guidance and brokerage services for job accompaniment.
Upskilling (upskilling, 100 hours):for workers distant from the market and with skills that do not match the needs required, more in-depth vocational training, generally characterized by raising the qualification/EQF level above the educational level.

Work and inclusion:
in cases of complex needs, i.e., in the presence of obstacles and barriers that go beyond the labor dimension, in addition to the previous services, the activation of the network of territorial services (depending on the case, educational, social, social-health, reconciliation) is envisaged, as is already the case for Citizenship Income.
Collective relocation:assessment of employment chances on the basis of the specific company crisis situation, the professionalism of the workers involved and the relevant territorial context to identify suitable solutions for the workers as a whole.
