Designer notices and funded courses

The resource will have the following duties:

- design of notices on major regional, national IS, etc;

 - Course management with companies;

- Managing communication with management figures and professionals;

- Coordination and management of corporate and inter-company training courses;

• Organization and contact with course trainers;
• Administrative management of personnel;
• payment management
• ordinary and simplified accounting records;
• Management of periodic tax compliance;
• monitoring of deadlines, DDRs, etc.

The ideal candidate must possess the following characteristics:

Previous experience in funded training, communication and listening skills, seriousness in dealing with assigned tasks, accuracy and good planning skills. Knowledge of the procedures of the main interprofessional funds (Fonarcom, Fondimpresa and Forte). The ideal candidate has at least two years' experience in contexts related to funded training.
