The project aims to develop an advanced information platform that ensures the normalization and standardization of all news related to biological samples, linked with the clinical and personal information of the patient concerned, and also ensures the documentation of all procedures and traceability of all processes to which the samples undergo, from collection to handling and storage in the bio-bank, with evidence of the relevant environmental parameters. The solution is based on cloud infrastructure and platform, and includes an environmental data acquisition and sample tracking/movement system with RFID/IoT technology.
